Code of Ethical Conduct
- Follow ethics and applicable laws; take no part in questionable activities.
- Keep authority, responsibility and reporting lines clear within the organization.
- When violations, deviations or mistakes occur, admit them honestly, act quickly and prevent recurrence.

Developing Our People
Shinbu places great weight on developing people, aiming to bring every employee’s ability to its fullest. The first three years shape the fundamentals of working life: in years 1–2 we build the tenacity to never give up and the logical thinking needed to work effectively; years 4–5 strengthen problem-solving while developing strategic perspective; from year 6 through management level, training focuses on identifying problems and managing their solutions, reinforced through OJT.

Caring for the Environment
Shinbu works to raise every employee’s environmental awareness: office temperature set at 26°C or above, lights off in unused areas at lunch, PCs and printers set to standby when away, waste sorting, reusable cups and utensils to protect forests, plus double-sided printing and paper reuse — protecting the environment and recycling resources.
