The COSMO Z5 dust collector is suited for collecting dust and fumes generated in laser cutting and sheet metal processing environments, helping improve workplace conditions and meet relevant safety requirements.
The COSMO Z5 dust collector has dimensions (H×W×D) of 2205×1320×850mm and weighs 650kg. It uses a high-efficiency turbo fan with a 5.5kW motor, requiring 3-phase 200-220V, 50/60Hz power. Recommended supply air is 0.6MPa / 30L/min or above, with φ10 one-touch piping. The inlet diameter is φ248, and dust box capacity is 20L×2. Filter material is PTFE, in a special pleated cartridge shape, with 12 units providing 29m² of active filtration area. The control panel features a full-color LED programmable display.
